I was gifted this recipe by a good friend when I was looking for a gluten free flour mix that was both easy to work with and cost effective. I have much success when using the recipe in place of regular white flour. Substitute it in a ratio of 1:1 - easy, peasy!

Ingredients

  • 6 cup brown rice flour
  • 3 cup tapioca starch
  • 1 1/2 cup arrowroot flour
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp xanthum gum

Instructions

  • Mix all of these ingredients into a large container – glass jars are my favourite! Use as you would any other flour when making pancakes, muffins & cakes.
