  • 1 large tomato or 30 cherry tomatoes diced
  • 1 small sweet onion diced
  • 1 medium pepper orange, green or yellow
  • 1 lime freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 jalapeno pepper optional
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper optional


  • Dice tomato, onion and peppers. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Allow salsa to sit for about 20 minutes before serving to allow flavours to blend.
