Ingredients
- 1 large tomato or 30 cherry tomatoes diced
- 1 small sweet onion diced
- 1 medium pepper orange, green or yellow
- 1 lime freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt to taste
- 1 jalapeno pepper optional
- 1 dash cayenne pepper optional
Instructions
- Dice tomato, onion and peppers. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Allow salsa to sit for about 20 minutes before serving to allow flavours to blend.
