Welcome to my recipe page! These recipes have been lovingly crafted to provide you with plenty of options for meals around your table, dinner parties, snacks with the kids and lunch on the go. The recipes are made with locally sourced, whole food ingredients as much as possible. When a store-bought pantry item is required, I give recommendations on how to purchase the most nutrient-dense version available. I like good food, but I am a woman with many other interests too. I like spending time in the kitchen, but taste, nutrition & efficiency are my top priorities. Most recipes have no more than 30 minutes of hands-on prep.
