- 1 free range egg
- 1 slice whole grain bread
- 1 slices white cheese optional
- 1 slice nitrate free ham optional
- butter
- sea salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Butter a piece of whole grain bread on both sides. Fold bread in half and have recipient take a bite out of the middle. Biting the hole out of the bread, labels the one-eyed mummy as your own. You could also use a cup to make the hole in the centre. Using a cup would also qualify as luxury camping. Lay bread flat into frying pan. Crack egg into centre hole. Season with salt
