Ingredients

  • 1 mango diced
  • 1 lime freshly squeezed
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1/4 c cilantro finely chopped
  • dash of sea salt

Instructions

  • Dice the mango & red pepper and finely chop the cilantro. Add the lime juice and stir. Allow to sit for at least five minutes to let all of the flavours blend. If you are a red onion fan, add 1 tbsp finely diced to the salsa as well.
