I love a warm cup of cozy on a cool autumn day. Make your own pumpkin spice latte that is free from chemicals and additives that are often found in coffee shop syrups.

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 cup raw sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 cup water


  • Whisk and heat the pumpkin spice, sugar and water on the stove until you have a gentle boil. The syrup will begin to thicken. Remove from heat. Brew a cup of tea or coffee and add 1 tbsp of the syrup along with warmed milk to your mug. Use a milk frother to get the creaminess you are after. Enjoy!
    We also use this syrup in unsweetened almond milk for an alternative to hot chocolate.You can reserve your extra syrup for about a week in the fridge. Try adding it to warmed milk or drizzle your oatmeal.
