Sometimes rice can get a little boring. It was a Saturday night and I was looking to fancy dinner up a little bit. I experimented a little and, ‘ta-dah,’ it worked out well me for all those who dined around my table that night!
Opa! Greek Lemon Rice

Subtle yet flavourful is the best way to describe this rice. Pair it will a little grilled chicken, feta cheese and a Greek salad and you've got yourself one tasty meal!Print Recipe
