Most store bought dips are a crazy concoction of chemicals and non-food ingredients. Who wants a side serving of MSG & a tonne of sodium? I made this dip in response to my husband’s request to purchase store bought French onion dip. It is super simple and much better for you than what you will find in the supermarket.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
- 1 tbsp tamari or aged soya sauce
- 1 tbsp onion flakes, dried
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix ingredients really well and leave in the fridge for a few hours before eating - overnight is even better! Will keep for about a week.
Notes
Tamari is recommended for those that are avoiding gluten in their diet. Be sure to confirm that the tamari you purchase is in fact gluten-free. Some producers use a small amount of gluten in their fermentation process.
