  • 1/4 cup soya sauce or gluten free tamari
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp cane or brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vinegar


  • Mix the ingredients in a small cup & poured it over the meat in the morning. Store in refrigerator until ready to grill. Can be used on beef or chicken.
